অ্যাপের প্রতিটি কাজ ধাপে ধাপে বাংলায় বোঝানো হলো — অ্যাকাউন্ট খোলা থেকে বারকোড স্ক্যান করে বিক্রি, বাকির খাতা, রসিদ, খরচ, লাভ-ক্ষতি আর ব্যাকআপ পর্যন্ত। প্রতিটি ধাপে ইংরেজি অনুবাদও আছে, যাতে যেকোনো ভাষার মানুষ বুঝতে পারেন।
Every task in the app explained step by step — from creating an account to selling by barcode scan, tracking dues, printing receipts, recording expenses, profit-loss and backups. Each step includes an English translation.

১. অ্যাকাউন্ট খোলা ও লগইন
1. Create an account & sign in
প্রথমবার ঢুকলে 'নতুন অ্যাকাউন্ট' চেপে ইমেইল ও পাসওয়ার্ড দিয়ে সাইন-আপ করুন — অথবা 'Google দিয়ে চালিয়ে যান' চেপে এক চাপেই ঢুকুন। ইমেইলে একটা নিশ্চিতকরণ লিংক আসে, লিংকে ক্লিক করলেই অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরি।
তারপর আপনার নাম আর দোকানের নাম লিখুন — এই নাম রসিদ আর রিপোর্টে দেখাবে। পরে 'সেটিংস' থেকে দোকানের ঠিকানা ও ফোন নম্বরও যোগ করা যায়।
একবার লগইন করে অ্যাপ খুললে পরে ইন্টারনেট ছাড়াও সব পাতা খোলে। প্রতিটি লগইন-লগআউট তারিখ-সময়সহ রেকর্ড হয়, যেন হিসাবের হিসেব থাকে।
Tap 'Create account' and sign up with an email and password, or continue with Google in one tap. A confirmation link arrives by email — click it once and the account is ready.
Next, enter your name and shop name — these appear on receipts and reports. Later, add the shop's address and phone from Settings.
After the first sign-in, every page opens even without internet. Every login and logout is recorded with date and time.
২. পণ্য যোগ করা ও বারকোড/QR তৈরি
2. Add products & generate barcode/QR
'পণ্য' পাতায় 'পণ্য যোগ করুন' চেপে পণ্যের নাম, ক্যাটাগরি, কেনার দাম, বিক্রির দাম, শুরুর স্টক আর লো-স্টক সীমা (যেমন ৫) দিন — সংরক্ষণ চাপলেই পণ্যটি তালিকায় ঢুকে যাবে।
প্যাকেটে কোম্পানির বারকোড থাকলে সেটি একবার স্ক্যান করে দিন — পরে প্রতিবার সেই বারকোডেই পণ্যটি চেনা যাবে। আলাদা বারকোড নেই এমন পণ্যে (যেমন খোলা মুড়ি) পণ্যের কার্ডে QR আইকন চেপে অ্যাপ নিজেই একটি বারকোড ও QR কোড বানিয়ে দেয় (যেমন DK-132070E3)।
কোডটি 'প্রিন্ট' চেপে কাগজে ছেপে পণ্যের গায়ে লাগিয়ে রাখুন, বা 'ডাউনলোড' চেপে ছবিটি সেভ করে রাখুন — পরে স্ক্যান করলেই পণ্যটি চিনে ফেলা হবে।
On the Products page tap 'Add product' and enter the name, category, buy price, sell price, starting stock and a low-stock threshold (e.g. 5) — Save puts it in your list.
If the packet has a manufacturer barcode, scan it once and save — that code identifies the product forever. For products without one (like loose rice), tap the QR icon on the product card and the app generates its own barcode and QR code (e.g. DK-132070E3).
Tap 'Print' to print the label and stick it on the shelf or product, or 'Download' to save the image — scanning it later finds the product instantly.
৩. বারকোড স্ক্যান করে বিক্রি — মূল ধাপ
3. Sell by barcode scan — the core flow
ক্রেতা মাল দিলে হোম স্ক্রিনের 'স্ক্যান করে বিক্রি' বোতাম চাপুন — ক্যামেরা খুলে যাবে। বারকোডের দিকে ধরতেই পণ্যের নাম, দাম আর স্টক সঙ্গে সঙ্গে সামনে চলে আসে।
পরিমাণ (কত পিস/প্যাকেট) দিন — মোট দাম নিজেই হিসাব হয়ে দেখাবে। ক্যামেরা না চললে বা বারকোড ছেঁড়া থাকলে নম্বরটি হাতে লিখেও পণ্য খোঁজা যায়।
পেমেন্ট স্টেটাস বেছে নিন — 'পরিশোধিত' (সব টাকা পেয়েছেন), 'বাকি' (পরে দেবে — ক্রেতার নাম ও ফোন দিতে হবে) বা 'আংশিক' (কিছু টাকা দিয়েছে — কত দিয়েছে লিখুন)।
'বিক্রি নিশ্চিত করুন' চাপলেই শেষ — স্টক নিজে থেকে কমে যাবে, লেনদেন তারিখ-সময়সহ জমা হবে, বাকি হলে ক্রেতার বাকির খাতায় চলে যাবে, আর রসিদ বের করার অপশন আসবে।
When a customer brings items, tap 'Scan to sell' on the dashboard — the camera opens. Point it at the barcode and the product's name, price and stock appear instantly.
Enter the quantity — the total is calculated automatically. If the camera fails or the barcode is torn, type the number instead.
Choose the payment status — 'Paid' (all money received), 'Due' (pay later — pick the customer's name and phone) or 'Partial' (some money now — enter the amount paid).
Tap 'Confirm sale' — stock drops automatically, the transaction is saved with date and time, due sales flow into the dues ledger, and you get the option to print a receipt.
৪. বাকির খাতা ও রসিদ

'বাকি' বা 'আংশিক' বিক্রি স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে 'বাকির খাতা' পাতায় ক্রেতার নাম-ফোনসহ জমা হয়। প্রতিটি ক্রেতার মোট বাকি লাল রঙে দেখা যায় — কে কত টাকা দেবে এক নজরে।
ক্রেতা টাকা দিলে তার পাতায় 'টাকা জমা' চেপে পরিমাণ লিখুন — বাকি সঙ্গে সঙ্গে কমে যাবে।
প্রতিটি বিক্রির রসিদ বানানো যায় — দোকানের নাম, ঠিকানা, ফোন, পণ্যের তালিকা, মোট, পরিশোধ ও বাকি সহ। 'রসিদ প্রিন্ট' চেপে কাগজে ছাপুন বা PDF হিসেবে সেভ করুন — ইন্টারনেট বন্ধ থাকলেও কাজ করে।
Due and partial sales flow automatically into the Dues ledger with the customer's name and phone. Each customer's total outstanding shows in red — who owes what at a glance.
When the customer pays, open their page, tap 'Record payment' and enter the amount — the due drops immediately.
Every sale can produce a receipt with the shop's name, address, phone, item list, total, paid and due. Tap 'Print receipt' to print or save as PDF — even while offline.
৫. স্টক যোগ, লো-স্টক সতর্কতা, খরচ ও লাভ-ক্ষতি
5. Restock, low-stock alerts, expenses & profit
নতুন মাল ঢুকলে পণ্যের কার্ডে 'স্টক যোগ' চেপে পরিমাণ ও কেনা দাম দিন — স্টক বেড়ে যাবে আর পরের বিক্রির লাভ নতুন কেনা দাম ধরে হিসাব হবে, তাই দাম বদলালেও আগের মাসের লাভ ঠিক থাকে।
কোনো পণ্যের স্টক আপনার দেওয়া সীমায় নেমে এলে সেটি লাল হয়ে যায় আর 'লো-স্টক' পাতায় আলাদা করে জমা হয় — কোনটি আজই অর্ডার করা দরকার এক নজরে।
'খরচ' পাতায় ভাড়া, বিদ্যুৎ, বেতন, পরিবহন — সব খরচ তারিখসহ লিখুন; এই মাসের মোট খরচ দেখায়। 'লাভ-ক্ষতি' পাতায় মাস বেছে নিলে মোট বিক্রি, কেনা দাম, খরচ আর আসল লাভ-ক্ষতি — দিনভিত্তিক চার্টসহ — সব দেখা যায়।
When new goods arrive, tap 'Restock' on the product card and enter the quantity and buy price — stock rises, and later sales use the new cost, so old months' profit stays correct even if prices change.
When a product's stock drops to your threshold it turns red and collects on the Low-stock page — what to order today at a glance.
Log rent, electricity, salary and transport with dates on the Expenses page — the month's total shows right there. On Profit & loss, pick a month to see total sales, cost of goods, expenses and true profit or loss with a daily chart.
৬. রিপোর্ট, অফলাইন মোড ও ব্যাকআপ
6. Reports, offline mode & backup
'রিপোর্ট' পাতায় দৈনিক বা মাসিক বিক্রির সারসংক্ষেপ দেখুন — CSV বা PDF ফাইলে ডাউনলোড করে হিসাবি বা অংশীদারদের দেখান। পুরো পণ্য তালিকা ও ইতিহাসও CSV-তে নামানো যায়।
ইন্টারনেট বন্ধ থাকলেও পণ্য যোগ, বারকোড স্ক্যান করে বিক্রি, স্টক যোগ — সব চলে। কাজগুলো ফোনে জমা থাকে, ইন্টারনেট ফিরতেই নিজে থেকে পাঠানো হয়; স্ক্রিনের উপরে কতটি কাজ পাঠানোর অপেক্ষায় আছে তা দেখা যায়।
'সেটিংস'-এ গিয়ে সব ডেটার এক ফাইল ব্যাকআপ নামিয়ে রাখুন — নতুন ফোনে বা ভুলে মুছে গেলে ফাইলটি দিয়েই সব ফিরিয়ে আনা যায়। কোনো সমস্যা হলে হেডারের 'সাপোর্ট' বোতামে চেপে বার্তা পাঠান, দেখে উত্তর দেওয়া হবে।
On the Reports page view daily or monthly sales summaries and download them as CSV or PDF to show your accountant or partner. Full product lists and history export to CSV too.
Everything works without internet — adding products, scanning barcodes to sell, restocking. Pending work is kept on the device and sent automatically when the connection returns; the top banner shows how many changes are waiting.
In Settings, download a one-file backup of all your data — restore it on a new phone or after accidental deletion. For any problem, tap the 'Support' button in the header and send a message; you'll get a reply there.
